Error when trying to delete snapshot

JMcintosh, your error has a different number and your system came with 6.2.x so it is a different issue.
I would suggest turning off snapshot access then trying to delete the snapshots again.
To turn off snapshot access,
Go to Shares, click on the share, click on Settings and under properties uncheck Allow Snapshot Access.
Don't forget to click Apply.
If it still does not work try rebooting your NAS and try again
