Errors: The specified network name is no longer available
When trying to use my ReadyNAS Duo I go to certain folders and can't access them anymore. The window hangs / locks up and I get the following errors:
"The directory name is invalid"
"The specified network name is no longer available"
I checked the nas and found no network errors (all were 0 except 4 retransmits over lifetime of the device). Status section does not contain errors. Jumbo frames disabled.
It's a RND2000
RAIDiator 4.1.8 [1.00a043]
Windows 7 64bit PC with PC Tools Firewall Free and PC Tools Antivirus (both disabled). Core 2 Duo e8400, 4gb DDRii ram, 500gb hdd sata II with space memory.
Setup is home router with pc connected over 10/100 LAN. Nas is connected directly to same router. Nothing fancy.

- NibinaearAspirantI just disabled the auto update for DLNA service and it seemed to fix this issue. I read about this elsewhere and it was supposed to have been fixed in a much earlier firmware back in 2009. So:
Services > Streaming Services > ReadyDLNA > Disable box which says: "Automatically update database" > Click Apply > Took a few minutes to take effect. - NibinaearAspirantOk I'm still getting these issues on corrupt files. How do I delete files which are corrupt on the ReadyNas without it locking up?
