Fan 1 has failed on ReadyNAS NVX Business Edition (X-Raid2)

My readynas has a failed fan 1 and I need a part number to replace it. 

My NAS: ReadyNAS NVX Business Edition (X-RAID2)

Does anyone have a part number to share with me to order a replacement fan?

I am also seeing posts on this portal that there may be a way to use a different manufactured fan to replace it with a less noisy fan as in this example:

Is this an adequate model fan to replace my failed one with since they are talking about replacing a ReadyNAS NV+ Model fan in that post and I have a ReadyNAS NVX?
