Yes. There are also some timers, so if you didn't access the NAS for a couple of weeks after the upgrade, Windows might have automatically disabled it. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4034314/smbv1-is-not-installed-windows-10-and-windows-server-version-1709
Just check it, it only takes a minute or two.

Ok.
First confirm that your network is classified as "private" by windows. Network Status will tell you that (in the graphic at the top). If the network is public, then you need to reset it to private by clicking on "change connection properties".
If it is private, then try this test:
Reboot the router and the NAS. Then run CMD (enter it in the windows search bar). That will open a black text box on your screen, with a command line prompt. Enter
net use * /delete
net use t: \\nas-ip-address\C /user:admin nas-admin-password
Use the actual NAS IP address and admin password of course. You can get the NAS IP address from your router or from RAIDar ( https://kb.netgear.com/20684/ReadyNAS-Downloads#raidar ). Be very careful on the typing - particularly the spaces and the direction of the slashes (\ and / ).
The first command closes any open network sessions. It might prompt for confirmation (in which case it will proceed), or it might tell you that there are none.
The second command attempts to mount the NAS data volume (C in your duo) as drive letter T. This will only work if the admin password isn't the default netgear1. So if you are using the default password, change that first and reboot the NAS.
Let us know the results of this test (whether Windows does mount the T: drive, or whatever errors you get).
