Final 6.2.1 update causing LAN instability/sluggishness
After upgrading to 6.2.1 on an RN314, the network adapters no longer appear in the UI. In general it looks like the network parameters were reset. I can only recover the device by letting my router ...

Do a manual update using the GUI, this worked for one user, there is no guarantee that it will work for you though.
It is possible that this is related to an app, so you could try removing all your apps before doing the update again, then reinstalling them. I haven't seen anyone trying this yet.
