This really looks like some unicast traffic to a public IP 192.230.68.111.
Are you sure there is no APP other than AV plus because that IP 192.230.68.111 is from a cloud service provider?
It is clear a large amount of traffic is uploading (TX bytes) and this is what is saturating your Internet connection so not same issue as this thread.
That IP is not one I can identify With any Netgear services that I know.
