Your TimeMachine backup won't be happy if you are going to remove one of the a sparse bundle images - kind of a partial volume where the image is mounted by AFP or SMB from a Mac, probably even encrypted. Neither the NAS nor whatever anti virus can see into these images. False positive most likely.

I have a similar problem on an open archive of a Thunderbird archive on a PC - can't find the actual offending file - no way to know if its a false poisitve or not?!?!
