First time install of ReadyNAS 316 and having a couple issues

1. Syncing the disks sector by sector to setup the RAID.
2. Pressing the O.K. button is to confirm that you have physical access to the box. Once that is clicked the ReadyCLOUD account should be linked with your box.

Thank you for your reply. So that takes care of #1, but #2 is an issue. The OK button on the front panel of my 316 is lit up (light purple) along with the direction arrow/ring around it and the NETGEAR logo; however, when I touch "OK" nothing happens (the LED on the ReadyNAS 316 says "Touch OK", but no matter how often I touch it, nothing happens). Am I missing something fundamental here?

Well, I never got the front panel to work, but the kind folks in tech support gave me an alternative pathway to getting things setup. I just downloaded and used RAIDar (which was nowhere in the instructions).
