1. Syncing the disks sector by sector to setup the RAID.
2. Pressing the O.K. button is to confirm that you have physical access to the box. Once that is clicked the ReadyCLOUD account should be linked with your box.

Well, I never got the front panel to work, but the kind folks in tech support gave me an alternative pathway to getting things setup. I just downloaded and used RAIDar (which was nowhere in the instructions).

Did you mentioned the front panel issue you have to the support person? Because if that is a hardware problem then it needs to be addressed too.
