On looking at your posts, can I ask you to open a support ticket.
I think chassis will need to be changed, if you can't access via Raidar, or if you
can't ping it.
(a) Label disk order, 1,2 left & right.
(b) The Agent will need a copy of original Invoice/ proof of Purchase.
(c) If and when you get a replacement chassis, can you put in a blank disk,
any size, and bring firmware to the same rev, ie V4.1.10 in your case.
Then insert disks in same left to right order.
