No, except for "Cancel" all buttons on the left are disabled.

I think selecting global spare was a mistake. But they changed flexraid a few releases ago, and I'm not currently using it.
Was the failed disk also 4 TB?

I selected Global Spare when nothing happened on its own. The previous drive was 2TB.
