Folder Password
Hi, the way my ReadyNas NV+ used to work, everyone on my network (WORKGROUP) could open access any folder without a password. I just reset my ReadNas, then updated to latest firmware and it doesn't w...
It has probably changed you from share access to user access.
You will need to set the permissions for each share. Setup users on the NAS reflecting the users on your network and give them all access to each share. Alternatively enable guest access on all shares and/or set the default access for everyone.
These permissions are set in the properties of each share, go to the CIFS/SMB tab and the advanced settings tab.
