I have share access restrictions (hosts allowed access) unchecked and Share Display Option (Hide this share when a user browses the ReadyNas) unchecked as well. Finally, in the Advanced tab, I didn't touch anything. It is set as follows:
Share folder owner: Server (This is actually the name of the share (folder))
Share folder group: nogroup (This group has been created when I reset to factory default. The only other place I can see it is in User & Group Accounts, under Security. I see Name: Server, UID:1000, Primary Group: nogroup, Quota: 0)
Share folder owner rights: Read/write
Share folder group rights: Read/Write
Share folder everyone rights: Read/write

Grant rename and delete privileges to non-owner of files: Checked
Edit: Oh and yeah I have checked in "Share Listing" and the "password" field is empty...
