Ok.
You can try checking the "set ownership" box in advanced and clicking apply (bottom right). Note this is a command, not a state (e.g. it should be a button, not a checkbox).
Another thing to try is go into the credentials manager in the Windows control panel on the Windows PCs, and enter credentials for the NAS there.
