Forgotten Password
i've forgotten bothe the admin password and thw recovery pass frase. any way of geting past this without deleting the data ?

- Product Model: ReadyNASRND4000v2Serial Number: 2V0323E8000DEfw 5.3.11 ? i belive raidar reports that as the fw version.
Ok, you need to follow the procedure to perform a OS Re-install shown on Page 17 HERE when complete it will reset your password to password
Do not perform a Factory Default as you will lose all your data.
so i dont nead to put the os on a usb memory stick ? it wil fix it selfe?
wil this remove all innstaled services and apps?
