Frozen NAS, RAIDar says "not present"

I think there was a reason I never upgraded...maybe it would have required a factory reset that would wipe the drives.
Frontview has always worked fine. When I try to access it now, nothing is ever returned to the browser. Just "connecting".
The "locate" function doesn't blink any of the LEDs. It's just frozen.
This thing has worked flawlessly for years, so I suspect some hardware went bad...
