And the bug is only in NVX, 32 bits system. Ultra & Pro serials, 64 bits system have no problem.

Well, that's good news that the bug is fixed in 4.2.23.... but, what about those of us that didn't know the bug existed and expanded already? Am I just SOL here or is there a recovery procedure/process support can help us through?
This is a royal pain for me right now as I know have an unusable array and users have been down without their files all day!!
