Also i am thinking to take static ip. Yoy believe that with static ip it will be better?
With a static IP, you can connect over the internet using the IP address w/o needing ddns. If its a business account service, you might also be able to use DNS instead of ddns.
I don't see any other benefits (I've used ddns w/o a static address for years with no problems).

There is some information here that might help: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Using-your-ReadyNAS/Using-RN202-behind-WNDR-4500v2/m-p/980998#M93406
FileZilla supports ftps, so for increased security you might want to force ftps.

Accounts have nothing to do with protocols. But you can create user accounts and allow those users to only access certain shares. You can also enable FTP on those shares. That has the effect you want.

I go to the system and do everything it says on setting and then to ftp.
Also in my router i add this
And then i open FileZilla and write this:
Host: DiafanaKrina.mynetgear.com
Username: my username when i login to the https://readycloud.netgear.com
Password: my pasword from https://readycloud.netgear.com
Port: 21
But i take error Could not connect to server. what i make wrong?

Not sure why you need both forwarding rules for port 21, but I am not clear on how IPTV differs from HSI.
But you do need to configure a smaller range of passive ports in the NAS (perhaps 50000-50004), and forward them in your router as well.
And you need to use local NAS accounts, not readycloud.

i make the changes, and also to the settings of the nas i change the port range. but still nothing. i make some changes to filezilla also.
when i use:
Host: ftpes://ip of readynas
Username: my username when i login to the admin panel or the new user account
Password: my pasword from the admin panel or from the new user
Port: 21
Then i have access from FTP and everything is ok!
But when i try:
Host: serverilias.mynetgear.com
Username: my username when i login or admin or user or local
Password: my pasword from https://readycloud.netgear.com
Port: 21
It gives me error:
Status: Resolving address of serverilias.mynetgear.com
Status: Connection attempt failed with "EAI_NONAME - Neither nodename nor servname provided, or not known".
Error: Could not connect to server
Status: Waiting to retry...
