Read something about adding more ciphers. It didn't work. Here is what I tried:
/etc/proftpd.conf - added
I also tried this tip:
/etc/frontview/proftpd/ftps.conf added

TlsCipherList HIGH:MEDIUM:+TLSv1:!SSLv2:+SSLv3That made ProFTPd to fail on startup - /etc/init.d/proftpd restart
I also tried this tip:
