FW Update6.7.1 to 6.7.4 failing ReadyNAS104
Hi
When updating from FW 6.7.1 to 6.7.4, am getting error code do_exit+9ac.
I would like to either revert or continue upgrade. Would prefer no factory reset.
Has anyone any advice as to how to proceed?

You replaced the /var/www folder with a symlink. This broke the firmware update.

Perhaps try a cold boot and if it still doesn't work an OS Re-install?

Tried both of these, system appears to be always attempting FW update, followed by the error code above.
Think what I need is some way to stop the system attempting the FW update loop
When booting, I get message saying checking root FS - OK, so happy that file system is OK. Also system is pingable, so network OK as well.

- I can't FTP or SSH onto it in order to do it
Can you use tech support mode?
- I can get into boot option mode so think tech support mode would be ok but didn't think I could get to it in that state.
