get a newer version of e2fsck!
Hi to all, rebooting my Netgear ReadyNAS NVX I find everytime an error about the volume scan. I started to investigate and I found that the e2fsck version is outdated: # fsck -n fsck 1.41.14 (...

Ah, looking at another thread http://www.readynas.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=65&t=46913 it appears you did migrate from a 64-bit ReadyNAS to the NVX. This would explain why you are getting the error about the unsupported features. In my view it's best not to migrate arrays from 64-bit ReadyNAS to 32-bit ReadyNAS (NVX, 2100v1)
If you backup your data, do a System > Config Backup, do a factory default (wipes all data, settings, everything) then restore Config Backup, then restore data from backup you would stop getting the error. You'd still be running the version of e2fsck you are now.
