I took the plunge with the production release on my iMac (now running 64 bit kernel, so needed updated iSCSI drivers). Pleased to say it appears to be working just fine with my Aperture Vault.
Note, I am not using authentication on the volumes and I did have to set the iSCSI option "Always send Session Type when connecting". Other than figuring that - volumes mounted without issue. Tests are against my Ultra-4 (4.2.15) and the NV+ (4.1.7) running WhoCares? iSCSI addon
I'll report back if I get any issues after further testing
