Was it _percpu_counter_add?
That error message could come from anywhere.

That sounds like it might have been the error, I will send the logs over to you now.
The logs have been sent, I had a look at them and I couldn't find anything that stood out. The only real bummer is that my array is resyncing which will take hours but I suppose it could be worse.
