HD Move from ReadyNAS Duo V2 to Duo?

Would I be able to move to existing 1TB drives from my ReadyNAS Duo V2 to my ReadyNAS Duo assuming they are compatible?

Drives, yes. Keeping existing data on those drives, no.

Thanks...that helps a lot. So I will need to backup any data before moving the drives.
