Help! -Readynas Pro Business Edition - "Volume scan found errors that it could not easily correct. "

Try booting it up using the "skip volume check" option on page 19-20 here: http://www.readynas.com/download/documentation/HM/ReadyNAS_Ultra_UltraPlus_Pro_HW_13April11.pdf
Then download the logs in case someone from Netgear wants to see them. Look at the disk health (health page, click on the SMART+ tab for each disk). And see if there are other disk-related errors - ATA counts, reallocated sectors, pending sectors, etc.
Don't change the file system contents either (don't add files, delete them, move them, etc).
