Do you know if this is a duo v1 or a duo v2? Please review this guide before answering: http://www.rnasguide.com/2012/01/09/how-to-tell-whether-i-have-a-duo-v1-or-duo-v2-or-nv-v1-or-nv-v2/
I suggest powering down, and removing the disks (labeling them by slot number).
Then power up, and see what happens. Normally RAIDar would connect, and tell you that there are no disks.

Hi golfo1234,
Welcome to the community!
In addition to StephenBs suggestion, you can also do a direct connect procedure to check if the ReadyNAS hardware is still okay.
Kind regards,

The first step (removing disks, and powering up) is intended to let you know if the NAS hardware (and flash) are ok - or if the problem is related to the disks.
Brian's suggestion needs to be done with the disks inserted, and should be a second step. It is intended to rule out a problem on your network.
Once we know both outcomes and the model information, we'll have a better idea on the next steps.
Do you have a backup of your NAS?
