vandermerwe - thanks for the heads up on the disc. I'll pop out and get a different brand of disc tomorrow and see if that helps. It's strange, I've never had this many issues with the Nas before. I'm now down to 3hrs 27 min until resync is complete. I hate to rely and on luck and hope but I'm crossing my fingers (adding superstition to the pot now). Have a great one!
