This is soooo much fun.... The tech I'm speaking with right now asked me to open a whole new case and start the process over again. In other words, let's refund your Visa and then re-charge your Visa and you get to wait another 5-7 days for a unit. I've asked him if this is my issue or something that was dropped at their end...
