How concerned should I be with these error messages?

Sun Jun 7 01:52:36 EDT 2015Reallocated sector count has increased in the last day. Disk 1: Previous count: 0 Current count: 89 Growing SMART errors indicate a disk that may fail soon. If the errors continue to increase, you should be prepared to replace the disk.

Detected increasing command timeouts[54] on disk 1 [ST32000542AS, 6XW25TN7]. This often indicates an impending failure. Please be prepared to replace this disk to maintain data redundancy.

Should I replace this now or just keep an eye on it to replace soon?

Thanks.

* P.S. Sidenote.  These new forums are not user friendly at all for me as a user. I hope they are better for the admins then the old website. I can't post until I add a label and none of the labels match what I'm asking.

Right but how soon? Like replace immediately or be prepared to replace it in the near future?

      Thanks.
