How do I get this new hdd to be added to the pool? ReadyNas 104 (RN10400)

I cant seem to add my disk in channel 3 to the pool. Any ideas?

 

model version: ReadyNas 104 (RN10400)

firmware: 6.9.3

OS: Windows 10

    Wait for the resync currently in progress to complete and then check where things are at.
