How do I remove a Route?
I recently had problems with ReadyCloud and started trying to find other ways to access my network remotely. One of the things I looked into was Port Forwarding and that led me to create a Route (Net...

Hello everytime,
Have you tried refreshing the page? Or using another web browser?
What is the model number of your NAS and its FW version?

Thank you for the quick reply.
Yes, I've tried refreshing the page before and after trying to remove the Route. I'm usually on the currently release of Firefox, but I've tried it on Safari too with the same result.
This is on a ReadyNAS 516 with firmware 6.4.2. I don't know if it's relevant, but I use both ethernet ports to connect to my network and the Mode (under Links) is Teaming Mode: Adaptive Load Balancing.
Thanks.

Hello everytime,
How about clearing cache? And see if it's still enabled on another computer on the same network?

Hi, Jenn. I've tried what you suggested: I cleared the caches on both browsers. I closed and reopened them too. The Route was still there. I tried to remove it again, but with no luck. Then I tried a different computer on the network, didi the same things, but it too didn't remove the Route.
This is curious. What should I try next?
Thank you for your help.

If you disable teaming are you then able to delete the route? Also, there are better teaming options than adaptive load balancing.
