Protocol: Rsync Server
Share: /home/liakos/Desktop/ARXEIA
Username:
Password:
The share folder is the folder which i want to take the files.
It gives me error Unable to connect to host Code: 7077010011

One of serveral possibilities:
First is that you included the leading "/" in the share name, which I said not to do. So try without it. Next, have you enabled Rsync read/write on the NAS share (but I thnk it doesn't give you that option in Backup if you don't)? Next, have you set up Rsync services on the remote system? Fourth, have you set it up without a password being required (note that Rsync user and password do not have to be the same as a standard user and password)? Fifth, have you limited the systems that can connect to it? Last, is there a firewall you have to deal with?
Try using NFS and Windows Timestamp protocols (with an appropriate user name and password) and see if that works. If it does, it cuts down on which may be the problem.
One of the Admins or Netgear support may be able to help with the decoding of the error code. I'm just another user and don't have the "magic decoder ring".

I remove the "/" in the share name, nothing... I enable the Rsync on the NAS system, nothing. I do not set up Rsync on my linux computer and maybe this is the problem.
Could you help me how to set up the Rsync to the linux?
I try NFS and windows Timestamp protocol and i take "Unable to connect to remote folder: invalid network name or permission denied."
From windows, how i can find the host? I have a second pc with windows 8 inside.
