interesting and cool. I tried with both the newest and Dec 2025 version. edit the file using notepad++. 8Gb USB2 datatraveler drive.
It did seem to boot from the USB as ReadyNAS OS was bypassed. But it appears nothing has booted, but a black screen on monitor after "power saving mode". gentle touch of the power button shuts off the unit instantly. This sounds there is no OS running at all.
