You have posted your message in the section of this community given over to
Apps and Services. (This is easily done, given Netgear's impenetrable community structure.)
You might get better replies, and find other answers, over in the appropriate section:
ReadyNAS Network Storage: Official NETGEAR Community
Then again, I may not understand what you are trying to do. If so, a few more clues might help.

Dear Michaelkenward,
I've created a shared folder on Netgear ReadyNAS 516 and given access to my employees. how can I've found if someone deletes any files or folder?.
I've tried to enable audit feature on my LDAP server but couldn't. The option is not coming it.
Is there any other option to find ...

Try asking in the right bit of this community.
See my first answer.
I have asked the moderators to move it, but that might take them, if they even get round to it.

Hi Sekar
Welcome to the Community!
I have moved your post to the correct board.
Regarding SMB audit logging you may want to check the ReadyNAS OS 6.10.0 - RC1 on the ReadyNAS Beta Board and see if you want to proceed with the update.
Please note that installing the BETA will only be supported by experts here in the Community. It is set to be released as an official firmware soon (no ETA).
Hope this helps!

Note that you can't downgrade again if you have issues. Personally I wouldn't install 6.10 in a production environment in order to get this auditing. You're better off waiting for it to be released.
