Why don't you backup ISCSI files thru frontview?I think that is most convenient way to backup ISCSI data to your rsync server.
you can see the option in page "backup":
1--select an ISCSI volume as your backup source.
2--config your remote resync server and "test connection"
3--set backup frequence
