I cannot change hostname on duo v2

Hi, I cannot change hostname on duo v2. Device is up to date. I fill a field, press enter and nothing change, Always is empty, Firmware: 5.3.13 Somebody can help me?

Where is the field you speak of, in the initial set-up wizard or afterward, in the General Settings in the network section of the System page? What name are you trying to use? There are illegal characters you have to avoid.

  Using SSH post the output of e.g.
  # df -h # df -i # cat /etc/hostname

    It's odd that the current host name doesn't show up. Makes me wonder if it contains an illegal character. mdgm 's recommendation of checking it via SSH is the best next step. If you don't feel comfortable doing that, does RAIDar show a host name?
