Is the NAS integrated to AD or just local? Maybe you can try on another web browser?

It just local, no AD. I am using firefox, I will try loading chrome and see if that solves the issue.

Ok, I tried in latest chrome browser and same result, still sees no files.

Hello lawrencesystem,
I tried this on my 2 NAS here. One gets the same problem while the other one doesn't. The difference except for the model number is the one that does get the same results as yours have 3 volumes while the one that works just have 1.
What's the RAID level of the disks? Maybe contacting support may help but usually if the app is installed and it does not display right it should be fixed by the developer.
