Incremental backup to USB3 HDD
Currently running full backups from our backup nas to a USB3 drive daily.
Is there a way to use RSYNC or another incremental backup as the full backup can take some time to finish.

Yes you can. Try making the destination "remote", and use 127.0.0.1 as the destination IP address.
