Incremental FTP backup failed - unknown reason
A question from a ReadyNas Duo newbie! I'm having trouble with FrontView backups - from a share on the Duo to an FTP site.
The FTP side is ok - connection from Duo to FTP works, and files via FileZilla work fine.
The full back up worked fine, as did the following incremental ones for the first few goes (it's scheduled to backup each night). But now when I run it individually, it fails due to "unknown reason" - see log.
The log is below - and it seems that because the Duo is trying to run a command of ncftpput . it is failing.
Has anyone had similar experience and managed to fix it?

- Are all of the files being backed up correctly?
- Did you ever resolve this as I have exactly the same issue?
In my case all the selected files are backed up successfully.
Not sure what the "ncftpput ." line means either.
Thanks - I have been having a problem with this happening for many months now. and have not found an answer.
I think it may have something to do with a slow connection and the FTP timing out but do not know. - I am having the same problem for months now.
I was not really happy about the "unknown reason", so I did some research and found that the problem is with the timestamp using MDTM.
For example:
