Installed application will not open, uninstall or reinstall
Hi
I am posting here in the general forum as it seems trying to get answers in the other forums is not effective. Could someone please addess the issue i am having with my ReadyNas, as originaly posted here: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Current-NETGEAR-and-Partners/Couchpotato-not-uninstalling/m-p/1264318#M6559
The last response i recieved was 2 weeks ago and i have tried asking multiple times since then. Prehaps i am asking something no one understands? If so, please let me know. Just so no one has to inconveniently go to the link i provided, here is the original issue i described:
"Recently i have been having issues with my readynas. Once of these issues is that the app Couchpotato server ver 3.0.1 stopped working. I tried to uninstall the app, to reinstall it, but apparently it didnt work. It is still visible in my list of apps under "installed apps". However, the icon is missing and when i try to turn the app "on" it fails to initialize. I cannot seem to completely remove or reinstall this app.
Any ideas how i should proceed?"

I don't use couchpotato, so I have no advice there.
It would be useful to post the NAS model and the firmware it is running.

Model is RN361. Firmware is 6.7.0.
I don't think this is an issue with Couchpotato exactly, more that something became corrupted somewhere. It seems like it half uninstalled or something. Now it cant be uninstalled or reinstalled.
