Is Readynas 1500 (legacy x86) upgradable to 6.x?

Is Readynas 1500 (legacy x86) upgradable to 6.x?

I understand that I'll need a factory reset and and I'll have no Netgear's support.

  • I think the 1500 is a 32 bit architecture (like the NVX).  If that is correct, it can't run OS 6,

        StephenB is correct. It is a 32-bit system and can't run OS6.

         

        The NVX, 1500 and the 2100v1 are all 32-bit systems.
