My NAS had an older version of RAIDiator x86.. It had x86-4.2.13
I have now updated to x86-4.2.31 and the RAIDar app is now seeing it perfectly..

Hi joeymusaphia,
Not that I am aware of. If you have any security software on the computer, you can try disabling it and see if RAIDar can see the NAS.

Hi John & Sandshark..
Thanks for your replies. I dont have any security software on this macbook. The firewall is turned off. The only app that I have close to security would be Clean My Mac, but this shouldnt prevent the RAIDar app from seeing the NAS during the scan. Im really baffled by this.
I did manage to get into the admin page via the browser but its not right that I cannot see it via RAIDar.
Any other suggestions ?
Thanks again.
