It sounds like the firmware `.img` file might not be detected due to either file location or format issues. Try these steps: 1. **Rename the file** to exactly: `ReadyNASOS.img` (remove versioning from the filename). 2. **Place it in the same folder** as the `usbrecovery.exe` before launching the tool. 3. **Run the tool as Administrator** on Windows 10. 4. If still blank, try moving both files to a simple directory path like `C:\RecoveryTool` (to avoid long file paths or permission issues). Also, make sure: * The USB drive is **formatted as FAT32**. * You're using the **x86\_64** version of the firmware since the RN314 is a 64-bit Intel-based device. Let me know if this helps!
