Rather than "latest firmware" it is helpful for us to be provided the actual firmware version number.
You may need to try resetting the permissions on the share then configuring them following this guide: ReadyNAS OS 6: Setting Active Directory folder permissions

Forgot to mention users are set with full control on security but still can't edit or delete exsiting data.

Hi Jennc,
I still have a problem with permissions, if i am trying to edit any file it is not allowing me to save on the same location and always shows read only. i have access via explorer and under security i have deselect everyone as i want assign permission to particular users. i have added all my required users with full control and there were some more user like root, admin and guest those i have setup the full permission but still issue is same. Is it possible for you to come remotely and check by yourself?

Hi Awais,
If it's okay, I suggest that you create a new share (test) and ensure the permission settings is set the same as the screenshot below shows.
Once done, try to apply the per user share permission using your domain and let us know what happens.
