Issues with Couchpotato install

Hi Im currently haveing an issue with couchpotato having used couch potato in the past, i noticed there was a new version realeased.  i installed this from available apps which installed but wouldnt start when clicked on, i tried to delete this to reinstall and it did not uninstall correctly, i then had a look for files using explorer on the pc and deleted the files left over in the apps folder which removed the app.  However i am now trying to reinstall couchpotato and the system is telling me it has installed correctly but it doesnot show in the installed app section of my admin pages, can any one help as i really am just a noob?

    Welcome to the community.

     

    Its possible that its needed to be removed from the back-end. This would need assistance from our engineers and/or higher tier support for remote access.

     

    Please try to call our support group for warranty check. If are already out of warranty please consider getting a contract for the ReadyNAS.
