What firmware are you running?
Have you ever run a balance?
Also, how old is the data volume? If it's very old there might be ancient snapshots that aren't visible from the web UI.

Ran balance regularly on a schedule.
Volume is old but snapshots were turned off and deleted after s month or two of setup.
You could enable ssh, and confirm there are no snapshots left using the linux shell commands.
Nothing in there. Unless I dont have the right commands.
I have also tried
# touch /.force_snapshots_upgrade # systemctl restart readynasd
Nothing. The gui shows nothing for snapshots either as shown in my screen shot. Balancing does nothing.
