Latest Radiator OS for the ReadyNAS Duo V2

I was just pottering around the forum when I came across a post by Jerico indicating that the latest version of Radiator (5.3.13), on both ReadyNAS NV+ V2 systems, is available.

However, according to the forums notification notices the latest firmware is 5.3.12, as per the following URL:

Can anyone confirm or deny that Radiator 5.3.13 is available?
