Did you format the disk using the NAS format control?

 

Perhaps try selecting the disk, and formatting it again.  If that fails, please download the log zip, and copy/paste

  • the disk health information for disk sdd in volume.log
  • the maintenance section of volume.log
  • mdstat.log
