Lost a subdir within a share

I checked the http://nas/shares and only the website share was there, none for the media and backup shares. But maybe because the http access of the shares are disabled.
I looked at the logs and did not see any issue. However, I may have found something on the SMART+ stats. The 3rd disk had the ff entries where there was none in disks 1 and 2:
Reallocated Sector Count 8
Runtime Bad Block 1
Reported Uncorrect 6
ATA Error Count 6
Unfortunately I don't have Network Recycle Bin turned on. I didn't even know about that feature. Can you tell me how to turn this feature on?
So what's the verdict? Can I access the nas drives (at the low level) using a utility that will show partitions? Am I even making sense with this question?
