Lost a subdir within a share

As always thanks for the reply. I didn't reply back asap because I did try to contact support. They looked at the logs and couldn't see why the subdir in question, Music, disappeared. So they'd like to do a telnet session. To be honest, I'm not one who like people poking into my stuff unless necessary. So I'm going to try out your suggestion of using ssh to go figure out what happened. I know a bit of linux so this isn't new territory.
